I grew up in Amman, Jordan. After high school, everyone around me went to university. I didn’t.

I took a gap year instead. I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do, but I knew the traditional path wasn’t for me.

My first attempt was dropshipping. It went nowhere. I was 18, had no bank account, and couldn’t even use Stripe in Jordan.

So I started writing on Twitter and selling digital products and Notion templates. One of them made $3.5k in a day.

After that, I started a marketing agency from my bedroom, cold-calling construction companies in the US. What began as basic lead generation slowly turned into building automations and systems for those businesses. I ran the agency for almost two years, making $8–12k in most months.

At 19, I set up a company in Dubai and began splitting my time between Dubai and Amman while working remotely.

Now I’m 21 and building Aurify.

I also read a lot. A few works that shaped how I think are Plato’s The Republic, including the Allegory of the Cave, Dante’s Divine Comedy, Milton’s Paradise Lost, and Marcus Aurelius’s Meditations.
